After using this method myself today i think i know why he did it, it helps straighten out the line, or else you sometimes lose the end that you want to add to.

there's no other way around it, the only way to get good at this game is to play it alot. You should be pretty good by the time you finish the game, so you can go back and get the OCDs

It's easy to OCD over the windmill. Just rearrange the balloons as they near the top.

Wow... I tried this over and over and didn't think to go under the windmill because I couldn't drag goo balls through. Is this a bug. Is it possible to go over the windmill? Thank you for this video!

lostpear: You are *supposed* to build over the windmill, and the base of the windmill is supposed to act like a solid wall. Because a goo ball was dragged over the windmill and reconnected, the game decided that the player was building over it, and let the player keep building. The player was using a bug.

the game doesnt decide anything whether its been dragged over or not. you're not supposed to be able to do this so it doesnt account for you attempting. nowhere in the game does it test to see whether you went over or under the windmill because its not coded to recognize if you've gone under.

the thing is you ARE supposed to do this to get the OCD...your supposed to figure out that you can by trying different things to complete the level. Not neccesarily a bug cause you can do it in alot of levels to clear them.

I decided to try this and it worked, but I didn't finish the level that way because it feels like it was not supposed to work that way. It's possible to get the OCD the other way, and going through the windmill doesn't make sense (or a challenge). It's not the kind of ingenuity that the game asks for. It's not too hard to get the OCD for this one anyway.
