There was a lot I knew about Ace back in the day, even though I'm only 18 but I've been listening to Kiss since the day I was born. I know Ace and the rest of the band never really got along but the music they created still gets me going. Yes Gene is a great business man but I think that's all he is now. To me he's just the guy that makes money from what was created 30 years ago. Ace is my favorite and I don't think any other guitarist could replace the kind of performance and attitude he had.

I'm a huge Ace fan, but after listening to this CD 10 to 15 times, I'm not sure what to think ... Yes, it is a decent album, but where are the memorable guitar solos, most seem to be rambling ADD moments, thats Attention Deficit Disorder for those unaware. I love ACE, but dammit, I wanted solo's that kicked butt, and I don't think I got that .... but I still really like it, just sorta disappointed.

I never heard him sing in this kind warm sort of way. And the acoustic guitar really goes hand in hand with that sound aswell.
