Oh man Thicke all the way, Trey did all right but it sounds so flat, I mean Thicke is at heart a jazz writer and his emotion and vocals are way out of Trey's range and league. Trey makes covers, that is what he does. Robin Thicke makes music and beautifully I might add!

I disagree. Trey makes covers for fun & for mixtapes. He hasn't officially remade any song. The goal of every artist should be growth & if you've listened to Trey's beginning up until now, he's steadily growing. I totally love both Robin & Trey's versions.

Well you just proved my point, Trey is still growing! respectfully Trey is more known for his covers or remakes or whatever you would like to call them, while is does amazing creating better versions of others music, it is just that a remake. what I mean the feeling in Robin's music is very personal that is because he wrote it, his range is much broader than Trey's that goes without saying.
