fb19 isnt quite worthy of being called a dungeon.

FB19 is the first DUNGEON of the game for all classes, every 10 levels there is a quest you must do to upgrade your cultivation, which give u acces to new skills

I played WoW, SRO,... so I do know instances, dungeons and raids yes but what stands FB for and why 19 rofl?

nah 19's by them selves cant do it. at 19 its incredibly had to kill the semi-elite mobs outside the Fb dungean for a quest let alone take 2-3 on at a time for the 100 or so mobs inside, + the boss. a group of 19's + a 40 veno can easily do it tho when the pet tanks.
