You can see the trick being done if you watch carefully, he already has the coin in his hand when he takes it from calebs sleeve, he literally just has it in his hand then pretends to take it out.

The bottle if you look closely is in his left hand first then he moves it to the right at the same time as he cups his hand. Clever, but i saw it!!!
