  • Al min 11.00 "Vaffanculo stronzo!"

  • That Celica is hauling some serious ass, and its def the best looking IMO.

  • You do realise that today's 1.6 is a lot faster on the stage then those monsters?

  • @ivanovsd Doesn't matter, these were the glory days of rallying right here, Celica, Delta Integrale, Evo, and Escort.

  • @surfordie82 No doubt about that, it was a real spectacle hands down

  • I LOVE MONTECARLO!!!!!

  • I wish Ford would bring the real cossies back to rallying. They were, and still is amazing machines.

  • Une video avec Panizzi et Delecour chez Peugeot ? ou sur les roi du tarmac ;-)

    Superbe video!

  • The lack of crowd control and the spectators behaviour fascinates me.

What is it that makes one attempt to touch a speeding rally car?

Is it about having a brush with death?

Equally fascinating is the mentality of the driver going flat out in to a crowd of people knowing full well that a mistake could cause deaths or at least severe injuries.

Any viewers here admit to being one those that stood there defying death or are they all killed by now?

  • @IloTimo Something that Current day Rally Seriously lacks. Which really saddens me. :(

  • @IloTimo Colin McRae once hit a spectator (think he was a photographer) who was standing on the apex of a corner in New Zealand trying to get a better view. Broke the guy's leg and Colin was mighty pissed off at him for getting in his way!

  • That Celica ST185 was a very nice car indeed, but for me, from this era, it was the Delta HF Integrale 16v Evoluzione I that was my absolute favourite although by the time the 1993 season started is very long in the tooth, and with the introduction of the Celica ST205 I suppose I didn't mind too much as that was the only car that I thought came close to matching the Delta!

To Amjayes, you sir, are a true legend and this video has to be one your very best efforts!

  • I miss Grp A!

  • 10:59 Ma V********** S******* XD

  • it looks like the mitsubishis are not as powerful as the toyotas

  • Some many people Amazing !

  • Another great video, Amjayes! Congratulations! When we have a Rally of Portugal video with pure engine sounds?

    Regards!

  • those slides are amazing!
