Yes. He must be as it sounds exactly the same as the single version. But it's not always the artist's choice to mime and Mark did do a lot of live singing during his solo career...

Yes. He must have been - it sounds exactly the same as the single version. But artists don't always choose to mime, and I suspect that might have been the case here. Mark seemed happy enough to sing live on most other occasions in his solo career.
