Top speed is different depending on gearing for each individual track. Saying the top speed is always 200mph is just sensationalism, but what can you expect from Joey.

Hmm... maybe he meant "top speed" when he said "top speed," as in the fastest speed the bike will go... not as in the top speed for a particular track.
