And it wasn't created BY South Park, but it WAS created by South Park's creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker. They also used it in their 2004 movie "Team America" . The South Park episode "Asspen" aired before that, in 2002, though. So yea it probably existed before it was in that show....like 2 days before.
