  • Thanks a lot for uploading Luke. Love Pinto's version but was looking for this version from the film.

  • This film is , with Tropic thunder my favorite movie :)

  • The 2 dislikes are from Fanning and his partner

  • My favorite Tom Cruise movie!

  • You are screwing with my work!

  • In One Night he killed so many People. Tom Cruise to Jamie Foxx: "Thats my Job Max

  • thanks for doing this, it always bugged me that the soundtrack didnt have the extended version

  • you killed those 2 dislikes?

"no i shot em, the bullets and the fall killed em"

  • you killed those 2 ppl who disliked this?

"no i shot em, the bullets and the fall killed em"

  • can we download this?! great work

  • Tom Cruise should get every Price for this Role!

  • When I'm 50 I want to look like Vincent. Awesome crew cut with an expensive suit and sunglasses.

  • @CueWunAye When i'm 25 I want to look like vincent. Less grey hair of course.

  • One word: EPIC !

  • im searching for the track with the coyote on the streets. the best track in that movie.

  • @eldo252 Audioslave - Shadow of the Sun :)

  • @eldo252 Collateral soundtrack Oakenfold - Ready Steady Go

  • 2:50 -3:04 amazing

  • Awesome movie about human nature down under

  • Never heard this in the film O.O

  • @MarioTransformer7001 I'm stunned O.O

  • @MarioTransformer7001 just in the end when they leave the train

  • @MarioTransformer7001 It is at the end, when Vincent asks Max about the dead man in the metro (I don't wanna give away spoilers, if you saw this movie you know what I'm talking about if not... well.. see it!)

  • @MarioTransformer7001 it's in the end when tom cruise dies in the train.

  • @MarioTransformer7001 Are you..... human?

  • @MarioTransformer7001 Guess what, I have ears aswell...... does that make me gay? Cuz if you can't hear this soundtrack in the movie, you don't have ears

  • @MarioTransformer7001 dude c'mon this the last song of the film, when Max gets out of the subway

  • @MarioTransformer7001

At the very end, you'll hear the shortened version.

  • @MarioTransformer7001 it was at the moment when vincent died...

  • @MarioTransformer7001 its at the end of the film when vincent dies

  • Trilha fascinante....

  • Tom Cruise's best role ever. This made me respect him so much more as an actor.

  • @GoW0000 I'd say his best acting job ever was in Interview with the Vampire [1994],but yes this movie solidified my respect for him even more

  • @wisewarriormuzic Indeed. I agree.

  • @GoW0000 I didn't know Tom Cruise played Vincent until I seen the credits roll O.o

  • @GoW0000 Totally agree.

  • @GoW0000 I know what you mean, I used to think he was so overrated until I saw this film.

  • reminds me of summer '04

  • thanks for making this song. I've been looking for an extended version. Such an awesome soundtrack and movie.

  • I watched this movie in 2004 and I was too young to understand many of the ideas in the story. Now I'm sixteen, and I am able to find the meaning in Maxx and Vincent's conversations about life and being a realist. This is truly a masterpiece!

  • For all those of you who have written that you wished you had seen this movie at the theater, I can tell you that I liked it so much that I went back on four consecutive days and paid $8.60 to watch in on the big screen and then I went to store and bought the $20.00 "directors cut" special version in DVD and I have watched it about 40 or 50 more times... One of my very favorite movies of all time ! Miles Cobbett

  • @MilesCobbett Hi Miles, is the extended version any good, have got the original and its a class act!

  • one of my favorite movies, sad so under-rated -.-

  • this movie deserved more

  • Yeah, great movie and soundtrack. Is it just me, or does Jada Pinkett Smith have a very manly face, especially the jawline?

  • Hard to find it, as an audio only. But sure it's very dramatic and beatiful.

  • The best work Cruise has done hands down

  • @Merlin851526 Absolutely. I usually hate Tom Cruise and always find myself wishing he was someone else in the movies he's in (personal preference of course...) but in this he was incredible.

  • @HuDaFuK Took the words right out of my mouth.

  • ... Und...

  • ein mann steigt in die U-Bahn...

  • yeah michael man knwo how to make film music

this song remember me like the music of the HEAT Soundtrack

  • This song is beautiful but it makes me feel so sad for Vincent, he is the best movie character ever.

  • This song basically captures the esscence of America's collapsed, bankrupt economy and culture. Even the seemingly misconstructed, chaotic dialogue is more like a definitive philosophy for the road America's self-destruction:

  • @betatalk357 "Look in the mirror. Paper towels, clean cab, limo company some day. Some day, some day, my dream will come? One night, you'll wake up and you'll discover it never happened. It's all turned around on you. And it never will. Suddenly, you are OLD. Didn't happen. And it never will, because you were never going to do it any way. You push it into memory, then zone out on your Barcalounger, being hypnotized by daytime tv for the rest of your life."

  • "Don't you talk to me about murder. And all it ever would've took was a down payment on a Lincoln Town Car. Or that girl. You can't even call that girl. What the fuck are you still doing, driving a cab?"

And the only thing we have to say for ourselves is: "Because I never straightened up and looked at it. You know? Myself. I should have. I tried to gamble my way out from under, but that was just a born to lose deal."

  • And the reality of it all? The "End Game"? "Hey Max, a guy gets on the MTA and dies. Think anybody'll notice?"

  • Or, if we're to make a comeback, follow Max's philosophy: "But do you know what? New news. It doesn't matter any way. What does it matter any way? We're all insignificant out here, in this big ass nowhere. That's the one thing I gotta thank you for bro, because until now, I never looked at it that way. 'What does it matter?' It don't; so fuck it. Fix it. What do we got to lose any way, right?"

  • I'll never forget when this film ended, and I stood up to leave, but this amazing piece of music was still playing. I sat back down until it ended. Great music, and a great film.

  • @PhilBag you are so damn lucy if you saw Collateral movie in the cinema, I'm so jealous, cos this is an amazing movie

  • i love watching this movie in the summer

  • Ein Klasse Komponist

  • My god, I felt so sorry for Vincent.

This movie is incredible. so touching.

  • MAX! I DO THIS FOR A LIVING

  • Yeah, it's a real masterpiece. It makes you think about so many things that no one has ever noticed in their rushed meaningless lives. Absolutely amazing, absolutely impressing. A piece of art.

  • @lusiplushy94 I know exactly what you mean. I felt like there was an EXTREMELY poignant feeling in the air after watching this movie because it shows a man who puts no value on life whatsoever and shows how dissociated we are from eachother and our feelings, and in a weird way makes you see the beauty of life and how important every moment is. True accomplishment from Michael Mann here.

  • Michael Mann, Sergio Leone and Ridley Scott are in a class of their own.

  • Makes me wanaa bring a tear to me eye, thumbs up who gets this!

  • That really disappointed me when this movie never won anything

I remember it was up for different nominations, but got nothing :(

That made me so mad! >:(

  • "Hey, Max, a guy gets on the MTA here in LA and dies. Think anybody will notice?".

  • @MMALegendasVideos yu jus man lol i love you for sayin that line

  • @MMALegendasVideos That line always made me feel so sad

  • @MMALegendasVideos

Yeahh man...this sentence means well more that we think....

  • @MMALegendasVideos

    *spoiler alert*

yeah that was written so awesome, cuz ofcourse Vincent ends up being that guy.

    a masterpiece.

  • Best hitman movie ever!

  • I saw it last night MG love this film.... this music score is exelent

  • I saw it last night OMG lve this film.... this music score is exelent

  • Without a shadow of doubt, the greatest film of all time.

  • @futureboyzi i noticed that part of the scene.i think it was a little mistake of the movie. But just a little.the movie itself it's a unique and dramatic and all the intense and action moments that rarely you see in movies.Perfect.

  • definately one of my favorite movies. so underrated. amazing themes.

  • This was such a grade-A movie. Great acting, directing, cinematography, it was written pretty damn good. Hands down one of my favorite movies

  • best movie ever, Tom cruise should hv gotten an oscar for this role

  • Brilliant !!!! Antonio Pinto !!!!

  • can you upload the original file to megaupload or rapidshare for a hq

  • this movie is more that terrific, it's one of my fav, as I have seen this movie countless times I noticed one misstake in the movie, it's when Vincent is chasing whem in the metro station he stops at one scene thinking where to go (downstairs or stay at 1st floor) and he decides not to go downstairs (but Max and his girl went downstairs), did someone notice that as well?

  • @futureboyzi Hey mate, I noticed that and i figured that they wnt deonstairs and came up the other side of the station to try and fool him, that is why vincent jumps accross the tracks. I agree, in my opinion the best ever movie!!!

  • Michael Mann is a genius!! From the way the movies are shot to the music selection.

love it. love tom and jamie in this movie , great !

  • "I wish I had seen this in a theater."

  • screw vevo their only here to make money from views boycott vevo whos with me

  • "What the fuck are you still doing driving a cab?" I Love this movie!

  • I agree gunraid60. Not a hole anywhere in the movie. I remember when I first saw it. My GF bought the DVD to my house and she was so amped up about the movie. She NEVER gets amped about movies. I kept fooling around and not really watching it and after finally paying attention to it on the third viewing I was HOOKED. Easily Tom Cruise's best. Just like someone else wrote I wish I had seen this in a theater.

  • love music my hand, to complex to speak, to much inspiration to be silent

  • how do u dislike anything in this movie it was perfect from start to end

  • Fave film for 6 years, probably always will be. Wish i went to see it at the cinema and got the big screen experience. The music captured the mood of the film perfectly, well done Antonio.

  • Antonio Pinto ! Brasil !

  • Commendable, through thematics and visual form that flows from that, bookend to 'Heat'; the relationship between the two principles plays on this, as does the flipped-bookend nature of the two films' openings and endings. Symmetrical, complementary -- Cruise arrives by plane dies by train, DeNiro arrives by train and...both dying in and because of the chiaroscuro tableau that Mann sets up as a visual expression of the internal.

  • This movie owns!!

  • I agree it's a great film, with Cruises best performance since Magnolia, but, I feel that the nightclub scene was a bit unrealistic. Theres gunfire going off and everyone is still dancing. Plus he had all the time in the world to shoot the dude, reload and shoot again while there are cops everywhere. But these are just little gripes. Overall it was beautiful to look at and smart enough to keep me enthrawled.

  • what a movie, I'm out of words, truly masterpiece, I wish there were more such unique film makers like Michael Mann

  • @futureboyzi try Michael Bay.

  • @lighterinthestorm HAHAHAHA Polar opposites

  • @mosquitoman006 well every director has unique style, but Michael Bay s movies are deephearted as well.

  • @lighterinthestorm haha, Michael Bay EXPLOSIONS!

  • I find myself feeling so sorry for Vincent at the end, especially with this suitably haunting music. I enjoyed Cruise'S perfomance in this. He looked the part of a hired killer. Well done that man!

  • God why couldnt this have been appreciated more?!..... I'm gonna track down Micheal Mann just to tell him theres nothing wrong on his part... shake his hand and whisper,.... "Hollywood's shallow".... I think he needs to hear that.... lol

  • I've watched this movie countless times, It never gets old. The feel of this movie is just Epic.

  • I MUST SEE THIS AGAIN!!!

  • no other song could have better followed the last communication between two human beings like this one.

  • We will never know who Vincent really was.

Such a great fucking ending, bravo.

    It makes me cry too......

  • Meraviglioso!

  • Thank You so much for this! I knew the song was much longer.

    <3 <3 <3

  • An amazing soundtrack and Cruise's finest acting.

  • Une musique qui envoute et arrache des frissons...

  • so amazing...

  • one of my favourite movies, in my mind it's a stylistic masterpiece

  • @KillerDiaguR agree

  • Great Medley...wish it were on the soundtrack. Thanks and keep up the good work...

  • both are great actors.

  • vincent is one of those view killers in movies you feel sad with at the end. another one of those characters is robert de niro as taxi driver

  • great mix thumbs up :-)

  • most underrated film of the decade

  • This and Crash.

  • @irishgotee This is defintely one of the most underrated movies of the decade. Michael Mann did great with this movie, but sadly dropped the ball with Miami Vice. Maybe because it was done in Florida and not California, lol.

  • @egg64 don't be dissing the great state of Florida.

  • @wfhs77 LOL, never man, never.

  • @egg64 Miami Vice is second the best movie from Michael Mann, it's just my opinion, but Collateral is one best movie so far

  • @irishgotee Most definately.

  • @irishgotee century, millennium

  • @irishgotee not in germany..he got very good criticisms

  • @irishgotee You said it, man.

  • Nice job on this one. Wish you had mixed it in with the ending clip.

  • the car scene where max and vincent reveal's each others flaws is so emotional

  • Probably the central scene in the movie...much like Deniro and Pacino's scene in HEAT...

  • i have watched the movie 10 times or more and in the end my eyes start crying by it self and every time when i watch the end it looks better than beffor

  • I always cry at the end of the movie when I hear this. I dunno why... possibly because such an amazing movie is ending. I would like to see what happens next. If Max and the girl manage to survive after the drug bosses find out that he only play Vincent to get the list and knew Felix in person. And I cry for Vincent, too. Even if he's a sociopath, he still has some good inside of him.

  • Too bad we never get to hear Antonio Pinto's Requiem on the soundtrack like we do in the movie. Same can be said about Tom Rothrock's LAX. If they can release a Special Limited Edition of the Runaway Train soundtrack, then they can definitely give this soundtrack the same treatment.

  • Amazing movie, amazing video from you, and amazing music. Seriously nice job.

  • it started like any other night....what a sentence....and what a movie...

  • Well done

  • Bravo.

  • Yes. Once again a Brazilian musician shows to the world how musical Brazilian people is. Thank you, Luke! :)

  • It just builds and builds and builds until it reaches an inevitable crescendo of desperate, powerful music and declines into a sorrowful, mournful decline. Much like the film itself.

  • This is so awesome. I LOVE this movie =)

5/5* & faved! Thanks for uploading.

Oh, by the way: Nice choice of pictures, mate!

  • I can't stop listening to this!!!!!!1

    Great ending and music!!!!!!!!

  • thats f****** great! i love it!

  • sounds amazing!

  • Nice works well
