Kirani has more potential to beat Michael Johnson's 400m record than anyone I've ever seen. I'd be very surprised if MJ record still stands in the next 5 years.

Mr400sprinter 1 month ago
@Mr400sprinter He withdrew because of a foot injury. He missed the last Diamond League event also.
@Mr400sprinter He took the 2011 season off. (basically he knew Kirani was going to beat him)

@bajanzelly I'm bringing my Grenada flag to London and he's going to wave it proud when he wins gold
James running form is very similar to Bolt's. Relaxed.

Merritt did amazing for how short of a time he had to get back into racing form. Warner could have never of done that.

@josemourin Agreed
sokha326 3 months ago
@TsarSean yes he had very little time to be race fit and probably hurt himself by running the rounds too hard, especially that 44.35 in the heats.

44.60 may seem rather slow, but do not forget that they all had to race three days in a row, always against the wind in the last 100.
Bravo Kevin and Jonathan. The latter one ran in lane 8, clearly a disavantage.
Their times (44.90 and 45.17) show that they both have stamina.
Their PB's are 44.74 and 44.71.
Belgium is proud.
