@jessicae33 he's intimidated. dogs get that from wolves. notice how his ears went down? a little scared. they do a defensive howl to keep other wolves away(in this case sirens i guess lol) notice how he also kept looking at the camera after? they often look to their leader for reassurance. probably wondering "why aren't you howling!?! there is a monster out there!! i know you're leader and all but shouldn't you be a LITTLE defensive???" LOL dogs are so smart. :)

@hellzblade44 american rottis are bred to be larger but resulting in smaller heads and longer muzzles. german line rottis are shorter but have rounder heads and shorter muzzles.

Why was there a siren going off? That sort of thing will distress dogs especially a rottweiler, you should close all the doors/windows to try and dampen down the sound and keep him distracted.
