actually one of my dogs has only 3 legs. but he sure does not get around as well as the one in this video. but he is a trooper. i dont even notice his missing leg anymore and i dont think he is aware of it :)

I know I called the pup in the video a "he", but he's actually a "she".. oopsie! Anyway, her owners spent countless hours training her.. if they didn't, she would have had to been put down (and they didn't want to see that done.. bless their hearts).

Your pooch may not even realize he's missing a limb anymore, just like you. YAY to you for raising him and giving him a lovely home! He's not disabled, just abled differently!! *grin* That's my newest quote of the day!

I'll never understand why they shot Eight Belles this year after she broke her legs at the Kentucky Derby! It simply didn't make sense to me! Sure, she would never race again, but did they have to shoot her??

I'm so glad that dog wasn't put down either! Oh, and the excuses folks give for giving away pets.. hog wash! My pets are lost when I simply go to the grocery store, I can just imagine how they'd feel if I gave them away like they were a piece of trash!
