But i kinda have the feeling some how Man City is gonna get involved...hopefully he'll still come to chelsea we need him so bad we need more creativity to add on to mata :)

@TheMightyLacazette In all fairness, Arsenal won't pay what Lille want for him (£35m +) and Liverpool aren't the club he needs to go to. They don't have the money either and no Champions League football won't really tempt him. He'll either go to Man City (unlikely), Chelsea (likely) or Real Madrid (likely).

Chelsea are apparently favourites to sign him, he was reportedly seen in London.
So it would be Chelsea or Arsenal, and Arsenal don't really have that kind of money.
Chelsea have Lukaku Courtois, if Hazard and Kevin de Bruyne are leaving their clubs then Chelsea seems to be the most likely destination.
