This would first be a fight in the Hulks Favor as he would crush Lobo, but Lobo WILL come back. I would say his regeneration dwarfs the Hulk because he can regenerate from being a blood puddle with clones of himself. This would be a battle of endurance and in which case Hulk may lose. LOBO is immortal after all.

The 'Bo regenerated out of a drop of blood. But yes, he started as a silly space biker, but then evolved into a Wolverine, kinda Superman, parody. He's the last Czarnian (because he killed everyone else on his planet) like Kal-El is the last Kryptonian. This is a guy who can make Superman feel pain with just his normal body strength. But, because of what we've seen in Planet Hulk/WWH, "Green Scar" would definitely trounce him. Like @KaseyAkira said, he'd get back up...eventually.

Lobo was meant to be an over-the-top parody of Wolverine's "bad-ass-ness", which is why he has the "healing ability" that wolverine does but only to an absurd level. In one comic his body was destroyed and the entire thing regenerated gradually from his head.

The problem with Hulk killing lobo is that lobo cant die! He regenerates health at pretty fast speed like wolverine but even if you smashed lobo into a million pieces, he would come back. In the comics he went to heaven and pretty much destroyed the place and just started killing everyone. And he was banned from heaven and hell. So he never dies and as long as he is given enough time, he will keep coming.

the cloning thing isn't valid anymore. i think in a L.E.G.I.O.N. comic he got that power stripped away from him. doesn't matter though. he's immortal, so his natural near-Superman toughness and better than Wolverine healing factor got better. It would have to take a rampaging Savage Hulk, or a Hulk blocking out Banner, like in World War Hulk, to STOP Lobo, but even then he won't die, he'd just be dazed and knocked out. any other Hulk gets FRAGGED (Grey Hulk) or just beat up (smart Hulk).

I know both those comic carracters pretty well, and loving both, i believe i will be very neutral in this opinion: As far as i can see, ultimatly, Lobo would win vs hulk. For that, you have to undesrtand how twisted Lobo is. He always finishs what he has in mind. He love giving pain as much as recieving it. Lobo would frag every version of the Hulk except the smart green Hulk, who he'd just embarass and out fight, but maybe not knock out, but it wouldn't look good at ALL for Hulk. I agree, Hulk is more powerful. Strength increasing is the main reason. I think Maestro's the best Hulk, too smart and mean, Red Hulk is probably just as good. War from Age of Apocolypse is 2nd. WWH and Bannerless Hulk (hurt Onslaught) are tied at 3rd. I think Savage, or the ones that act just like Savage, have a minor edge; he beats up a LOT of people. I think the rest are a toss up (Mindless,Professor) or a frag (Grey,Gravage,Banner Hulk). Who's "Incredible Hulk"? The smart Professor Hulk?
