Another case of why union's lost their foundations. Union's were started mainly for people like coalmine workers who had life expectancy's of 30 years at the turn of the 20th century. Now, it's douchewads that get 100 million dollar contracts whining about not earning enough money. Yes if "Joe Plumbing" comes up with an idea he should get a patent on it and make all of the money. However Unions believe that if "Joe Plumbing" gets more for his idea then plumbers should be paid what Joe gets. Unions do not care if you are good or bad at your job just that you pay your monthly dues. If you do then they make sure you get paid regardless of your true value.
