  • we love u too , babe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • always love him, like the old silverchair.

sorry if i don't like young modern and stuff

  • yeap! <o/

  • @LoveDanielJohns I love all this. I love Diorama and Young Modern. Every album was a world of a change. That's all. Young Modern has great stuff.

  • HAHAHA ETHIOPIA!! I love Dan! He's so funny. Love this song. Love this performance, but what's with the unnecessary wide angles that hold for moments on end??

  • sick addictive song..

    Silverchair4Ev3r!!!

  • thankfully we have videos like this to watch whenever we want to remember

  • @Honey4282 I never got a chance to see them. I been a Silverchair fan for about two years. I wish I knew them earlier on. But they couldnt come at a better time for my life.

  • silverchair é a banda!!!!

    ♫♪♫

  • what a great performance.

i preffer when he sings like that, like the original versions

  • as creepy as it sounds, everything about him makes him my absolute dream man. he's unbelievable.

  • that does not sounds weird at all he is my dream man as well...

  • mine too....................and im a hetero guy

  • your so hot daniel!! love it when you perform

  • great song, but dan might wana think about finishing his sentences about 10 words earlier, the whole ephiopia thing was less then impressive

  • agreed

  • I'm probably weird but I liked it. A very nice example of Daniel's dry humour (if it's not contradictio in adiecto :-) It's just his way how to overcome the awkwardness of the situation and make some connection with the crowd.

The thing is that a very few people got the joke anyway. Unless you're a native speaker it's sometimes rather difficult to understand what the singer says given the overall acoustics.

  • @dirrx to be honest, this isnt him being naturally jokey, this is him seeing if he can push the crowd, as he did in this era....

Read the biography? it might make sense if you have, he tried to push the crowds away!

  • This song is my favourite song of the Silverchair guys. I love Daniel Johns so much, he looks so handsome and sings just awesome! He has a great voice. I like both the recorded version and the live version because on the recorded there is this orchestra thing which I enjoy very much.

  • I cry when I listen to thies song!

  • I will never forget this song... It's always with me. Thanks Danny boy

  • when I met Daniel it was really hard to remember him this way. I was so in love with this era of Daniel Johns. He's super awesome in person, dont get me wrong. But, its still hard to look at him now and see this.

  • how did u meet him

  • better than the recorded version. i like all live performances better

  • hot hot hot

    this is prime, man.

  • Very Good Song.

How Nazi Salutes Were There In There I Counted 3

  • I don't think they have been Nazis. It's not because this was Germany, there are Nazis all over. I think they just raised their hands ... I don't think Nazis listen to Silverchair's music ... too good for them!!

  • yeah probebly

  • ok yeah i like your videos. well i gotta get a new set of strings before i do bc i broke my high E but alright ill try both

  • that's how I tuned my guitar and it works but try this tuning:

Open Db: Db Ab Db Ab Db Db

I try this particular tuning and didn't work:( so one day I saw a comment in a video about asking the tuning of "Emotion Sickness" and that's how I know about the C# G# C# G# G# C# tuning but like I said it works for me:) Thanks for watching my videos:)

  • Db is equal to C#

and Ab is equal to G#

So both tunings must be the same and suit the song.

Just trying to help, excuse for the bad english...

    Cheers

  • are you sure?? i tuned there and it didnt sound right

  • if you mean the guitar tuning on this song, well is:

    C# G# C# G# G# C#

  • hey thanx, that should help

  • does anybody know the tuning to this song?

  • yes neon ballroom was quite alot different to young modern

  • and diorama...they change every album

  • I love this recording too. I had it on mp3 before :)

  • They still are a great band.

  • this is when they were a good band. they're making shit music nowdays.

  • Thanks for re-uploading, i love this version!

"Glasses are a sign of intelligence where we come from.. back in Ethiopia." haha Daaan; very irresistable boy.
