  • awesome - thank you for sharing...

  • Bill Kirchen is actually from Ann Arbor, Michigan (he performed last week at our 45th HS reunion there - he and I are in the same graduating class, along with another famous musician named James Osterberg, better known as Iggy Pop).

  • Hi Bill, you’re A W E S O M E.

You have to make an album with, Brad Paisley, Marti Steward, and Junior Brown, ALL instrumental and I’ll buy ten CDs from you. Also, please mention Hank Marvin (of The Shadows) in your gigs, he’s the “king” of the Stratocaster.

    Nino

  • woody allen at the guitar...

  • Bill Kirchen is all full of win.... see this guy while you still can!

  • This song is Brilliant

  • Bill is from Ann Arbor Michigan, where the Lost Planet Airmen formed in 1967.

  • I think I heard DOA in there some where. Maybe it was just the default ambulence sound.

  • A classic piece of music with a few dozen musical references folded in? Yes, please, I'll take two!

  • Please someone know what song he's playing at 3:57. he said the name but I can't make it out.

  • @drunkendJesus The Ventures "Walk Don't Run."

  • @BillMcE It's the song right after that I'm looking for

  • @drunkendJesus He plays the opening chords of "Walk Don't Run, " then the melody of "Walk Don't Run," then a Bo Diddly beat.

  • @drunkendJesus

    The Ventures "Walk Don't Run"

  • that's a beautiful telecaster

  • ¡Toma ya! Uuuuhuuuuhuuuuuu

  • A complete Miss

  • @mdlman583 you are completely jealous my sad friend

  • Whoops I blew that call . Bill is from michigan . But he recently moved back to the D.C. area ; from Texas , and we still claim him as ours .

  • After Danny Gatton , Bill was the best kept secret in the D.C. area . I think he originaly hailed from Texas ? But Danny convinced him to go on the road solo . He has the D.C. sound with those smoking Joe Barden pick ups and we claim him as 'ours'. Plus he's just plain 'good ole boy' .

  • @telephonepolehugger No, he's from Michigan but I would have never guessed.

  • i want one

  • huhuEinsam heute wer ist bereit für bisl tel labern oda chat

  • Does anyone know where this guy's channel on youtube is?

  • Just goes to show ya. People who run the music industry are good at keeping talent at the bottom and elevating those that kiss ass good.I'm glad about the internet. Artists don't need record company assholes anymore.

  • Ive been playing and studying guitar for 25 years, there are very few people who can truly make a guitar sing, Bill Kirchen is one of them. I wouldn't be surprised to see his guitar fetching his morning paper.
