@10evilmonkey01 might need to tune your carbs mate.. get the air fuel mix right. Go onto triumph spitfire . com and look at the maintenance page, should help you sort it out
Awesome! I've just started on my Spitfire restoration. I was given an abandoned Spitfire - worse weathered condition than yours. Then I purchased another of the same year in much better condition. I'm using the first for parts.Thanks for posting you journey! It's cool to see someone else involved in the same hobby!
@haysfam5 Good for you fella! Mines currently on ebay, my daily (78 bug) needs a lot of attention at the moment.. engine went the other day so the money that the spit makes is going into that. It'll be sad to see her go :(
