in south lebanon and dahiyeh- we only see iran flag and we only see shia so my souce is what I see and what the news says. the news say that we now have 29 % shia in lebanon. that many for 20 years where there only was only little little group.

the shias in southern lebanon are in a war zone whenever there is conflict between lebanon and israel. And the lebanese army do nothing - it is only hezbollah in southern lebanon that kicked out the israelis a few decades ago..and only hezbollah that fought israel in 2006. The fact that iran supports the shias of southern lebanon makes the shias show love back. They wouldn't just forget about iran. But does their love of iran means they dont like their own country? - of course not

@mich165i I'm shia, and I'm not from Iran, If you think shia are Iranian only because they have the same religion, so I can say that sunni from lebanon are not really from lebanon, but they are saudian or egyptian, and greek orthodox are not lebanese but greek...

I don't understand when you say "shia act different", and it's their right of lebanese to go wherever they want in lebanon, so in beirut, there shouldn't even be religious neighbordhood,, it's sad, shia or sunni, we're all muslim, and we're all LEBANESE.

They took some places in lebanon FOR israel, and Hezbollah defended this, you maybe don't care because it was a shia part. @mich165i I wasn't awared about what happenned in 2008, I've juste done some research, and I found that it was partisan of Hezbollah, but not the Hezbollah himself, not this group. And You're talking like if only you sunni and christians was real lebanese, and that us Shia, durzi and other minorities, are ruinning your honnor.
I've got to say, when I'm in lebanon, I blame everyone, that's why I'm proud to be lebanese from outside, we accept each either without thinking of politics...

BUT no body from the shia community wanted to take that distance. you cannot talk about lebanon if not politics is involved. I hope for peace to lebanon but its hard when we have so many religious groups...
