Best way to avoid projectiles using Dudley is to use is qfc Medium Kick to pass his hadouken then hit him with Heavy Punch.

It's the same bullshit on PC. I bough the game and i though "Man its goin to be lots of fun". 10 Minutes in multiplayer - "CAN I PLEASE PLAY AGAINT'S SOMEONE THAT ISN'T PLAYIN' AS KEN/RYU/SAGAT AND SPAMMING PROJECTILES THE WHOLE GAME ?"
