STEELER!! Caught every tour from 81on , and including 5 shows of 2 tours with Ripper, and this tour was the 1st time I finally got to see them do one of my all time favorites, Steeler. Only took 23 shows since I was 13 to finally hear it live. It was awesome.

yeah, the only thing he doesnt sound as good is the high notes but he still manages to get some good 1s out, but everything else is intact, and I believe his mid range, regular chest voice is even better

He cant do the high notes as well, but his chest voice is as powerful as it was back in the day. Liste nto judas rising, and listen to the last time he says "Judas is rising", pay attention to the mid range, not the high note layered in the back. the mid range was fucking powerful beyond belief. Halford will always have a great singing voice.

I saw them last week when they came here. They performed the album to perfection. Also played many other classics like The Ripper, Diamonds and Rust (the rocked up version) and Freewheel Burning, which replaced Hell Bent For Leather when he came out on the Harley.

Ridiculous to think they've hardly played either song since - they've got so many great songs they never touch, ones that would suit Rob's 'new' range. I wish they'd mix it up a bit.
