i am using easyphp 3.0 WAMP.. but i have problem with my website.. when i upload my php site to ftp server.. and open in browser it shows code text on screen.. whether using on localhost 8080.. it opens manually.. is any requrement needed to server configuration ?

Check your beginning and closing brackets. You may have 1 or 2 extra or could be missing in your code that

your locahost is ignoring but your server side is catching.

hey, i was wondering if you could help me. All my files in wamp are not registering. All of the icons are unregistered files... if you google images search: unregistered file icon the first image is what they all look like. I dont have Microsoft software on my computer is this the problem? please help :)

You didn't mention phpmyadmin, but when I go to that I get

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

i have customized Apache personal web server. It includes php, Apache and mysql. It could be executed directly from USB stick, from a folder in hard drive without the need for installation. all u have to do is double click the Apachelite.exe and you're up and running. click my profile and visit the site. follow the download link for the php/apache web server.

it is important to close Skype when running the server, else it won`t work. i wasted 2 days, reinstalling the WAMP server a dozen times, learning from this video, and it would not run. then somebody told me to to close skype and it worked.

Just download LAMPP frannelk, it's a version of XAMPP that has MySQL, PHP, Apache, and phpMyAdmin.
