@misterrandompancake No this isn't alcatraz. Though it certainly is a prison.

I personally have been to alcatraz many times, and the cell halls are very well maintained, as it is a tourist attraction.

Obviously by the state of the walls, floor, and cells themselves, this prison is not well taken care of.
