@EMPPT He sped up the gameplay at least once ... can't read the clock on the EKG but it's about 9 minutes which sounds about right from opening to closing. Made three mistakes ... one of which would cause serious brain damage: the bone flap incision holes should be drilled while the flap is on the operating table, not in place inside the patient. Glucose would be better than hanging a second blood IV, and there was no need to use the cotton swabs on the patient's skull before drilling.

You are a master under the knife sir. I have only recently completed surgery succesfully on an aneurysm, it took me 30+ failures and going over the guide and watching youtube vids to get it right. So far I've done 5 successful aneurysm surgeries but I've yet to try the tumor surgery. (hematoma surgery is a joke, a monkey could do it) Just wondering, is there a reason you didn't inject Nitroprusside as soon as you removed the skull flap to lower bp and reduce bleeding? Just wondering.

Under no circumstances should this game ever be used as an guide-tool for real surgery.

While it might give some hints of what to expect, always take games with a grain of salt. It's an game after all.

@KXMoon no. he suctioned the tumor area which will leave that spot slightly empty. it eventually heals and is better within 2 weeks. trust me. i had a big tumor once.

i had trouble doing hematomas too, but it was because my pc at the time was too slow, i couldnt respond fast enough and ended up drilling into the patients brain

Thats because we administered some Nitroprusside at 1:54 to avoid excessive bleeding. i made a mistake by leaving the blood in the IV. glucose would be better here.
