I love Patrick Vet Clinic. They DO care about the animals and that IS their bottom line. Thank you for being there for our pets. We will have to bring Daisy May back in when we are there for the winter so you can see what a difference there is AFTER ridding her of heartworms. Hugs to you all and a million thank yous

Love Dr. Patrick and all the vets and staff at Patrick Veterinary Clinic! They have taken care of all of our pets... starting with my cat, Cassie, who had to have a leg amputated 19 years ago when I was at C of C and have cared for all our pets since! I tried another vet when I had small children and it was hard to wait, but found they were worth the wait and came back! They are caring, reasonable, and wonderful! They are the BEST in Charleston!
I love Dr. Dick Patrick, Dr. Matthew Patrick and Dr. April McCaskill! They are ALL great! They're all so VERY caring. Sometimes you may have to wait a while to be seen, but they NEVER make you feel rushed once you're in the back. Dr. Dick Patrick gave such soothing and kind words when we had to make the decision to put our 14 year old cat down earlier this year. I will always be grateful for that. Matthew and April are more than awesome for their care and compassion, too!
I love this vet clinic! I will not take my dog anywhere else. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the vets are amazing. The prices are unbeatable, especially for the service and quality of care my dog gets. It definitely is the best vet office in Charleston.

Patrick Vet Clinic has taken amazing care of my two labs, Lucy and Hatchett. My pups actually look forward to going to the vet...and I don't mind it so much, either. Thanks for being incredible!!
the BEST. They've kept my best friend alive for 16 years now (despite the odds). They go above and beyond, and it's clear it's all about the animals for them. Happy to live in a place with such a great veterinary clinic!
Definately the best - the first time I visited the clinic, I was amazed that when Dr. Patrick called for us in the waiting room, he called out the dog's name. I knew I loved him at that moment. The entire team is terrific.

I love this vet clinic! I will not take my dog anywhere else. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the vets are amazing. The prices are unbeatable, especially for the service and quality of care my dog gets. It definitely is the best vet office in Charleston.

Have been taking schnauzers to this clinic for years. Vets and staff are wonderful. They all truly love animals. Definitely the Best!
