    Read the description, this is the starting point of a progression.

  • Work with straight arms. Bent arms will never allow you to achieve a straight armed planche. Do the progression of tuck planche --> advanced tuck planche --> straddle planche --> half-lay planche --> full planche. And make sure to keep your arms straight at all times.
