  • My best wishes to you. Hope you'll have much better days soon <3

  • This song blazed the trail on UK Chart in the summer of '75. It was on my transistor radio as I watched the Final of the first Cricket World Cup in London, England that was won the West Indies. In those days you could even bring your alcoholic drinks with you to the Oval, very civilised chaps !!

  • MY DAD IS A SUPER DE DUPER FAN OF JOHNNY NASH!! HE WOULDN'T PLAY TO BLAST HIS MUSIC IN THE CAR!!

  • Jonny Nash looks so cool , beautiful track

  • That was an awesome year! Shame I wasn't born yet "/

  • Who let Mr. Nash into the Abba Convention?

  • What a white sucker in the audience (beginning) who's putting Johnny off...

  • They could really sing in the 70's and 80's. The 90's onwards has been downhill really fast and still going :( Except for 'Adele'!!!!

  • on closer inspection (of the nordic twins) i notice that JN is the only black person in the entire studio!!!

  • One of the greatest... Johnny Nash!!!

  • brilliant....tho i have to say, i especially like the nordic-looking idential twins with bottle of champagne

  • @alcamus1973 haha

  • Straight from the heart! Johnny Nash rocks!

  • still one of the most beuatifull songs i have ever know.

  • @1998disney love is one of the best things in our world, it only hurts when it is only from o n e side.....

  • @diejunifrau so very ture i your hit by one of cupids stray arrows..then your love goes to waste. unrequited love is the worst, makes you wish you had no heart.

  • @diejunifrau ... which, of course, it often is.

  • Sentential but ... nice.

  • Wonderful song....only the music makes me wish that i was from this generation.

  • Wonderful song....

  • wheres the rest of this concert? its really high quality

  • What a fantastic groove - you really couldn't play this any slower. Great.

  • DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM THIS IS MUSIC VERY ROMANTICAAAAAAAAA

  • DA MAN MEAN U'NO!!!

  • i love this song sooooooooo romantic

  • Notice when the audience is clapping the clap on the downbeat. This is not a racist statement, but this is the typical white clap, they clap on the downbeat, black people and espicially with reggae music, you clap on the offbeat. The offbeat is what the guitar is strumming, while the downbeat is what the kick or bass drum is playing

  • @kitchin07 Gosh...why is this so important to point out?

  • @bawlout41 sorry my friend I am a musician, I take notice of those things, don't be offended, it is just something i have noticed over the years

  • @kitchin07

What the hell sre you talking about ??

Just listen to the fantastic song

  • @kitchin07 Absolutely right. Good to read a sensible comment for a change. Having said that - I bet you're a musician with no money?

  • @K3KCT Not all of us do it for money my friend. Some of the best musicians I have met were neither rich or famous

  • @kitchin07 LOL ur actually right... i was like wats dis guy on about lol I reckon the clapping killed it cause u couldnt really feel the beat..

  • ohyeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Another great performance by Johnny. What a voice.

  • oh my young days

  • Am I the only one who wants to get low down and dirty with the blonde twins down the front ?

  • @GonzoRecovery no your just the only loser whos says shit like that through youtube

  • @miyagi7946 - Your Mum had fantastic taste!

  • Pure class! What a singer.

  • Dit lied doet me toch aan iemand denken ???????

  • my mum died 6 months ago and she loved this guy and this type of reggae.i love this track but hurts so much listening to this and thinking of mum

  • At 53 yrs old, I was having 'anterior teeth chipping' repairs at the dentist, and while Ms. Campbell (nice, young lady dentist) was doing her stuff, Johnny came on the radio, singing this song. Hey! I haven't heard this in y-e-e-e-e-a-a-a-rs... I knew there was a positive side to anterior teeth chipping..

I play gtr and sing in a duo, in a little bar in Glasgow, Scotland - this great old song will go-down an absolute treat!

Hope to sing this half-as-good as Johnny does.

    Thanks for posting

  • what a voice! great song too

  • Goes deep into your soul and stays there.

  • Can someone tell me please which show this was taken from? Looks a bit like a German or Swedish audience but I am only guessing!

  • @converse91970 this was a german show, called beat club.same format as our top of the pops.

  • @miyagi7946 Thanks very much, yes I have heard of Beat Club. They seemed to get a lot of the top American acts of the time on that programme.
