Mainstream music always changes and people always say "music back then was so much better"... It will always happen. In 20 years people will be looking at the best songs from now and be like "dang, songs nowadays suck compared to 2010".

i dont know, but she sounds like she has runny nose when she recorded this song, you know that voice of having cough and colds, that's how she sounded here. sounds like heartbreaker part 2 to me. still, better than her latest works (e.g. obsessed, touch my body)

@GeminisTwin86 Yes, this song peaked at #2 on the Billboard charts in the summer of 2001 and quickly fell off the charts as a result of lack of airplay from radio. At that point in time, it was considered a major disappointment by MC success standards. Up until the "Glitter" movie and soundtrack fiasco, Mariah racked up hit after hit throughout the 1990's. The "Glitter" period was one BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Of course, it didn't help that the soundtrack CD was released on Sep 11th 2001.
