Was it because I'm some sort of twist ending predicting wunderkind? No - it's because this is a blatant rip-off of the short film 'December'!!!

Other people have mentioned it, however, I just want to reiterate that the original is much better. Unfortunately I can't include the link, but you can just google 'december short film' and you will find it.

you're right. i just wanna say that i like this one much better though. the two follow a similar basic story line but are actually very different. this one made me want to cry. the other was a short skit that while entertaining was not enough to provoke any really strong emotion. thats just my opinion (:

Everyone amazed by this, but this has been done before in another short film. I can't really remember the name of that one, but it was all shot in the POV of the tree. Really similar.
