@Melvinjohnsoni.For your kind information afridi is not that much inconsistant.....its the way he plays,thats y he is unique......remember his back to back fifties in T20 world cup?.....he is a match winner,he is 3 in 1 and will perform any way...f nt in batting then he will ball well....he is a handy player....you can find lots of players like yuvi but afridi is unique and special.......dnt forget he has 28 fifties and 4 hundreds (most are records)

if u ever check the records of fastest 50's and 100's u will see afridi most of the time......in the top ten fastest records.......yuvi is a good batsman i like him but u cant compare him to afridi.....afridi is something very special and the impact on cricket he has.....no one ever had and i beleive no one will have ...............he changed cricket and its meaning......thats y he has fans everywhere in tons..............he is an icon

Yes u r right , u cant compare him to Yuvraj, Because he makes a fifty once every 2 years. But now Afridi has developed into a good spinner. When it comes to batting he is consistantly inconsistent.

afridi is a one of a kind of batsman. Very inconsistent though , he scores a 80 off 30 odd balls and then goes 20/30 games without a good score. A very clever bowler. Yuvi is in the same league though.

I dont think Ajit will make a comeback ever in ODI's for India till MS Dhoni remains the skipper. Ajit is only 12 wickets away from getting 300 wickets. He has reached multiples of 50s the fastest by an Indian except I guess 150 which is by Irfan. Also he was made to bat at no.3 and he scored 95. Only once after that he was sent #3 and then....

though after 2000-01 color kitz were worn all the time..

even in late 80z lot of times odi cricket was played in white clothes..

nah its cos it was extremely hot that day and both teams agreed to wear more cool and comfortable white clothes. these days cricket isnt played in such severe heat hence no white clothes. plus these days companies like nike have made the colour kits much cooler and comfortable to wear.

At 30 years with nearly 200 ODI's and being relatively injury-free, he shoulda been the team's bowling spearhead now. Instead he's getting carted around by batsmen at the Ranji trophy. I think they are wearing whites as the game is played during the day itself. If it is a day-night game (or if the series has any D/N games) they would wear colors. Some of the grounds do not have floodlights, so they cannot hold a D/N game.
