I brought home what I thought was a golden mix from a shelter. I later discovered she was really a Toller through a breeder who saw her and asked if I knew what I had. Amazing. My Autumn has all of the characteristics of a Toller, so I no longer doubt what she is Goldens are definitely much more laid back. But if you were to ask me what kind of dog I prefer...I now have to say the Toller. I will never go back to wanting a golden. Tollers are so unique and special; I love my Autumn.
my toller brings his toys and drops them in front of me when he wants to play. he isn't persistent as your dog though. he would try this for about 1 min and then pick up his toys and play by himself. haha.
Are they good apartment dogs? She's so cute!
