I used this Gazelle and combined it with walking and lost 65lbs! It works! I started out with 15 min and worked my way up to an hour on this thing...combined it with walking 4 miles a day three times a week! You have to really get into it..great for stretching the muscles and cardio!

mine is very squeeky also, i have no idea what to do to fix the noise so i just make sure my music on my ipod is loud enough that i can't hear it. does anyone know how to fix the squeek?

I have the same problem!! I tried dripping oil down inside (took off the plastic covering) but it didnt work. I think mines the bigger heavier verios too though.

Yes I can feel an improvement after 2 weeks btw!

i sprayed wd 40 in every joint and it worked for a day or two and then noise is back. no way of fixing it, sorry. i turn the video on loud so it doesn't bother me much.
