What's the drill size, and how fast are you drilling in IPM? What material are you drilling into, and what is the drill bit made of? I'm very interested in since we are constantly drilling 3/8" holes 8-10" and deeper in 4140 steel. We use parabolic HSS drills and they don't last very long and don't drill fast at all.
Hi Brianz426. WHat is the coolant pressure available on the machine? also let me know if this can work for Dia 6.3mm with depth of 260mm
