Doctors make wrong prescription caused death may be called involuntary if they are too young or too stupid. But administer forbidden drugs is not involuntary act of any medical staff. Moreover this action had been occurred systematically (not only one time, but many times in many months) is considered a willful violation in normal logic. He was also burned seriously on the scalp in 84 and had have several reconstructive surgery. Half of all Americans are hooked on prescription medications. Nearly all of them had genuine medical issues to begin with. That's the world we live in now, and it doesn't help that doctors like talking easy way out and just prescribing medication to everyone.

He went to the doctor and the doctor handed my dad a bag full of sleeping pills. My mom threw them away. Playing around with that stuff is dangerous, but doctors hand it out like candy. Sad =(
