Lets be serious, in NYC there is still a stigma concerning race. Perhaps it just isn't direct. The standard of beauty still favors Europeans. Just look at the models of color who do actually get it, they're often light skinned, no vulptuos curves, slightly curly hair and European features. I can say this cause I'm a black model who looks ambigious and rarely do I see a variety of color within clubs. It's not greenhouse its elitist clubs everywhere.
