This is great advice but easier said then done. I agree with the comment above that you can be positive but if others are negative it's hard to stay on that path. I guess I should constantly remind myself of what I am working towards and that this situation is not going to be in my life for long.

I would move on to a job you can love in the mean time, if you can't love your job. I worked at a greasy blue-collar job filled with some of the most negative people. You can stay positive, but you can't convince other people to change their mindset, especially people that you will have to talk and interact with daily. I do agree, to make the best and figure out a way to love what you are doing.
