Funny video! I just have two points of contention with your rules:
#1) Flatulance: Sometimes it simply isn't possible to pee without letting out a fart too.
#2) Talking to your neighbor at a urinal: Normally this is a no-no, but sometimes a deadlock situation can happen if you have two gunshy men each waiting for the other one to leave (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja9gU7kEuQE&search=gunshy). In this situation it is perfectly acceptable to crack a joke to break the tension.
