That's hilarious, because StubHub is actually a good resource--why the fuck would they use THIS as the outgoing message? I technically did sales (they called it 'lobbying'), and they TRAINED us on how to talk. I hated the job, but it makes me appreciate when someone knows what he/she is doing. But this? Holy Shit this sucks.
