another way to tell is the fact that Trivium was endsorsed by gibson before they started using Deans.

No the Eclipse are gibson-ish

The shape isnt the same. Some of the Eclipse (USA one) have 3 knobs (2 vol, 1 tone) inlays u cant tell cause some customs doesnt have inlays at all but the STD series has flags and the Headstock isnt the same too.
