This so slow, we have automatically direct number and 112, 911 universal number, so I can call both, with my mobile phone I need only to type 2 numbers and get what I need. And in biggest towns there is automatically tracking system if you do not know where are you. And no one typing before you get help on the way. Just the problem is responding and lack of equipment. We are poor country with high corruption rate so money easy disapier even in EMS
