Kerry will always be just a class act that had some bad luck,I wish I had known he was doing the drugs and could have talked to him and try to change his mind on doing them.We lost just an all round great wrestler,great athlete,great worker,great looks,just everything a promoter looks for in a Pro Wrestler....Love you always kerry,Everytime I go in our Den I see the Jacket,Boots and your old WCCW Belt,thanks for being a great friend and the first wrestler to teach me about Kayfabe.

In working for the Spectrum in Philly for over 25 years I had the great pleasure of becoming friends with Kerry when he wrestled here and gave him a ride to the Airport every month.He would always ask me what he could do for me and i told him one night as I dropped him off if he ever had an extra pair of his boots and a jacket I would like them,The next month when I took him to the airport he said I have something for you,there was his blu jacket,pair of his his yello boots,and his wccw belt.

Man, I miss Kerry Von Erich's promos.! He had a very cute voice. Soft spoken and very sweet. I miss watching him compete too. He was incredible. It was such a shock and so sad to hear that he had died. RIP to a modern day legend.

People say Kerry's promos weren't very good but I actually liked them. He came off as a laid back beach bum nice guy, which is rare in these days of wrestling
