I love my essie nail polish! It is the best brand in my opinion! Mine never cracks, it lasts for 2 weeks, and I always get compliments on it. But I do completely agree with you on everything else!

I so agree with you! Loreal's Telescopic mascara and Neutrogena Mineral Sheer powder are both TERRIBLE. I got them both when they first came out and they were each used a grand total of 3 times. I finally said "screw it" and threw them out.

Have you tryed removing your insanely water-proof eyeliner with oil like regular olive oil? I would like to know the result of that, since I havn't found any makeup-product yet, that olive oil can't remove ^^

For the waterproof eyeliner did you try a make-up remover with oil in it? Those normally do wonders. Lancome has one.

@Ghelatee i actually agreed, she'd looks so much better with longer brows. i think now her brows starts way too far back and i think they should start right at the area her nose bridge and she'd looks way prettier :)not trying to be rude, just an advice:P

i recently went thru the same thing with elf brushes! i just got my first pro brush set for christmas and i WONT use them now! i didnt even realize how much they hurt haha! and i also hate essie! they are sooo watery, deff not worth the money

I don't like the dollar line ELF face brushes, but they definitely made improvements when they came out with the studio line. As someone else said, the ELF studio brushes are actually pretty nice. The flat top buffer brush is one of my favorites for liquid or mineral foundation.

OMG I hate essie nail polish too!! I'd much rather get an opi or china glaze one. And essie's colors are so boring, you can pretty much get so many dupes of essie from other nail polish brands. It drives me insane!!

I know what you mean about Essie. Granted I only have one polish from them (topless and barefoot), but I was so excited to try it based on how other people rave about Essie and I just found it really watery and I didn't like it. Maybe it's just the lighter colours that are watery? I don't know but I only wore that one once and now I'm hesitant to buy any more :-/

If you want to give ELF brushes a second chance try the three dollar brushes. They are from the studio line. The powder brush and blush brush from that collection , well all the brushes actually, are super soft!

I have the hard candy black glitter liquid liner! And yeah, I always have to put it on like 5 hours before I go out with it on... because it is wet FOREVER. When it dries it was much better though, you can't do any makeup around it until it dries though :(

about the Essie nail polishes, you do know you have to apply more than one coat don't you? I had the same problem, but I applied two coats & my nails looked fine; I recommend trying that.

i like the darker shades of essie, but its hit or miss. one of their hot pinks is super goopy and wont EVER dry, the light shades you have to PILE on to get any pay off because they are so sheer. hhaha. terrible. i'm not even sure i like OPI too much. so for Revlon nail polishes are my favourite.

Essie's nail polishes are really great.

The essie color that you showed is one of the sheer ones so it's not the best. If you use Mint candy apple you'll see that their nail polishes are actually nice.

Personally I think most "high-end" nail polishes are terible.. never really understood the hype.. essie is runny... OPI chips like crazy... but China Glaze is pretty nice.. Anyways... dang Kim! Your hair is getting so long! What's the miracle?

I think you do however get more of a variety of colors to pick from with high end which is why I love it! (well, China Glaze that is.) Aaannnd... I have no clue why or how my hair grows so fast! I just try and take good care of it! :)

the milani crystal eyez liquid glitter in Lovely & Luminous is like the hard candy one but it actually really works!!! they have a lot of colors too! and i think essie is completly liquidy as well!
