  • But remember this is a Dyno pull, this is starting off in 4th gear then punching it. I am pretty sure this car spools pretty quick when on the street thats if the front wheels can grip and as we all know anything over 300whp the tires rip them selves to shit.

    ive blue printed this idea ..not too hard think about a ford 4.6 modular engine same concept.. slap vtec in the mix and yes a set of turbos and it would be insane....only one problem insue...vtec engines like fast raising high spinning rpms... most v8 are All low end torque .....great for turbo but sucks for tunin and actually getting it to rev out high enough to make any kind of power

  • haha thats funny...cause one of my friends has an accord with the same motor...its twin turbo, whole motor rebuilt,dc sports exhaust, performance chip bigger pistons, and no nos, and its putting down 714 hp....so pretty sure this is possible

  • ok... why the hell would someone put a b16 in an accord? 2nd.. who the hell in the WORLD would twin turbo a b-series?? i mean its possible, but would deliver almost no benefits compared to a single turbo setup because you'd rely on only 2 cylinders pushing each spool. sry but your full of shit. no perfomance "chip" is made for a TT b16, that doesnt exist btw. also, DC doesnt make an exhaust for your claimed TT b16

  • @TOXIKKOBK 1st of all he got the accord for very cheap because it had a blown motor. he already had the b16 that he also bought for very cheap, which was already TT when he bought it. about the dc exhaust, i know they dont make a full exhaust kit for the tt b16, its called having a dc exhaust and welding to make it work. maybe you only do bolt on performance and get a shop to do it but some people do the work themself. and the chip i found out a week after that comment that it doesnt have one.

  • dude do you not know anything? weight matters alot, the harder and engine has to work to move the car its in, the faster the engine AND trans wears out. he could have easily traded the b16 for an h22. and those make more power right out of the box

  • you put stock b16 pistons on a boost your going to melt a hole.... just buy some forged pistons...

    port match the intake manifold, straight cat-less exhaust, ecu

    and u'll be close to the 200whp

  • With an ls with an intake and exhaust you'd be lucky to have 130whp. Ls/vtec is by far your best option. Pretty much what Eddylz18 said. Only thing I'd do different is an Apexi vafc.

  • Wow, ignorance IS bliss. You're obviously completely uneducated on Hondas. This is MORE than possible. A friend of mine is making 445whp on his daily driven tune @ 12lbs on a PT67 on a fully built GSR with none of that meth injection bullshit and 600+ whp on 20+ lbs. And second off stock axles can handle upwards of about a limit of 600whp and you don't know what he has done to his tranny, for all you know he could have all new bearings, carbon syncros, LSD, etc...

  • higher horsepower motors and turbos will have an external wastegate rather than an internal. the external creates a very different tone than an internal. thats why i say its a wastegate. sounds just like an external one
