It's Dackell's fault for A. wearing that helmet which i believe has since been deemed unsafe and B. either way, a helmet shouldn't come off like that, you can see that his head hit the glass and dasher, the part of his head that should be covered by the helmet so it was not properly secured. Not Lindros's fault!
