In a likely survival and advantage wise list from highest to lowest:

1st:Pinhead(dramatically more effective powerful advantages in both physical and dream world)

2nd:Freddy(can only meet him in the dream world where he has complete control except to Pinhead)

3rd:Jason(pretty much invincible and can't actually die)

All are powerful but Pinhead has the best of both worlds and can out power them while being almost impossible for Jason to get near or Freddy to allude.
