loll i know the video is old and you probably know by now that dont try to puch the form using your hand but keep the vaccum on and use a heat gun or a air blower to keep the heat to the plastic while it forming on the object ...

Now, I'm just being curious, here... About how much time and money would go into the sword if you were to make it the way you have currently planned?
