  • how's that Ram style Turbo Manifold holding up? I bought an Octopus style Turbo Manifold for my Mini-me turbo and that shit cracks like crazy.. Considering getting a Cast Iron but they ugly, I really like this Ram style.... what brand is it?

  • when I need a custom turbo kit for my crx I will be sure to contact you guys

  • pretty good for the stock internals, engine bay looks great to, my buddies told me about go autoworks and im now interested in a top mount gt35r kit

  • sick car. but im sure it didnt last to long the rods blow on the d

  • nice ride i saw the thread over at d-series very nice build

this motor blew the fuck up haha

  • nice ef Greg!

  • That's nice. Go Autoworks FTW

  • Did it need a traction bar?

  • Yes, we run a traction bar. One of the first parts we'd recommend upgrading on the 88-91 Civic would be to replace the bulky front crossmember with a traction bar setup. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

  • i remember the day Greg backed that out of the shop. i was drop jawed and i think i jizzed my pants. new motor is even better though.

  • Epic Tuning made 400hp stock internals, so all you people calling bs need to step up and show some love for the d-series and a good tuner.

  • this motor is far from having a stock head, pistons, head and every other stock part he said ive seen this guys build on some automotive web site an this thing is fully built

  • It was a stock engine when this video was shot. The built block didn't go in until august/september. go blow smoke somewhere else.

  • with same set up same intake mani even same painted valve cover i call bs to stock

  • I'd hate to brake it to you but that motor was internally 100% BONE STOCK. It was a JDM D15B straight off the Pallet from H Motors, mated to a transmission and dropped into the car. The setup surrounding the motor was built for the race motor, which is wh the new race motor and the old stocker look very similar. Actually if you look close, they aren't idenical. This car has now gone 10.9 @131 MPH on the new motor. So, beleive it or not, that motor was stock.

  • @GOAUTOWORKS how much was it boosting at this time of the video

  • It was in this video. Ever car to check out the video description and see this video was posted at the end of June? It's November now, if you haven't realized.

  • nice. i knew the track looked familar. then i saw silver dollar raceway at the end.

  • ricer! jk i have an eg with a dirty d. keep reppin the ds.

  • stock d series rods... wow they are like toothpicks

  • Greg is the shit. DO WORK.

  • Hell yeah, repping the D series FTMFW!

  • Comment removed

  • is that some kind of record on a stocker?

    either way...good deal

  • Hell yeah greg! Gettin it done!

  • Once again, I'm glad y'all were able to swing out to our neck of the woods for some racing, even though it was hot as CRAP out, haha.

I'll be sure to keep an eye out for y'all at IFO. - Peter

  • hell yah nice greg

and put down the time that its destind for
