No horse on earth can be "bred to buck". That would mean you actually managed to breed the natural "flight" instinct out of a horse and that is just not possible. Some here state that rodeo horses are bred for their "nastiness", but horses are not predators, it's not in their nature to be violent or agressive. Behavior like this? The HotShot was made to move cattle, but the manufacturer states it shouldn't be used on horses. And it is against PRCA and other associations' rules to use it at the bucking chutes. By state law, the prod in the video is illegal at the chutes, as well.
