Although the Leafs lost this series, this was one of the best series I've watched as a Leaf fan, even if they did lose. It was a see-saw affair for the entire series. The Leafs actually did have a chance to upset the Devils & close out the series on home ice in Game 6, but the Devils denied them & imploded the Leafs in Game 7...Leafs really played a solid series, but the Devils were just better in the end.....

Yes they did. Toronto led the series 3-2. I attended each Devils home game. Toronto was the better team for the first 6 games. The Devils 6-5 OT win in game 2 kept them in the series. Otherwise, Toronto wins in 5.
